Yes. Signup creates your company workspace with a 14-day Professional trial. You can choose a monthly or annual subscription in Billing & plan.
Yes. Upload a customer CSV, review the preview, and import validated records. You can also enter and edit customers individually.
Owners can export customers, invoices, jobs, and service logs, or download their company operational records. Viewing and exports remain available after paid or trial access ends.
Preview a plan change in Billing & plan. Stripe upgrades within the same frequency take effect after payment; downgrades and frequency changes take effect next cycle. Cancel renewal from the same page and keep access through the paid period.
PoolCamp subscription payments use Stripe. Customer invoice payments use your company's separate direct payment keys. Keys are encrypted in storage, and card numbers are handled by the payment provider.
These are deferred for this web release. The responsive web workspace supports desktop and mobile browsers. Route optimization requires the Google Routes integration to be configured.
